A wallet case usually asks you to give something up. Take it off to charge, or carry your cards somewhere else. The Custom Buckler Wallet does not: the wallet is sewn into the case rather than magnetically attached, so the iPhone charges on Apple MagSafe with the case on and the cards inside. Nothing comes off.
Available for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. You choose the model first, and the case is cut to the exact dimensions of that iPhone. The wallet capacity follows: four cards on the iPhone 18 Pro, five on the iPhone 18 Pro Max, where the larger footprint makes room for the fifth slot. Both versions add a hidden pocket for a few folded bills, and both have RFID protection in the card section.
Then it becomes yours: the leather on the body, the contrast stripe, the lining, the camera ring, the Vaja logo, the 925 sterling silver accents and the finish of the Buckler shields. Up to three sterling silver initials, if you want them there.
Underneath, this is the most protective construction we build. Four 316 stainless steel shields handle what leather cannot: a phone landing on a corner concentrates the whole force of the drop into a few millimetres, and the shields deflect and redirect that energy into the body of the case. 316 is the marine-grade alloy, chosen because it resists corrosion from skin contact and humidity over years of handling. Over the Tri-Layer Core sits the Bonded Layer for a stiffer, stronger shell, and a hard-anodized aluminum ring guards the camera system. The full-grain leather front cover closes over the display with a magnetic closure.
The built-in N52 magnets also carry V-Mag add-ons: a Fold Stand for hands-free viewing, or a Mini Wallet or Card Wallet when you need more card space than the built-in wallet holds. Every custom piece is cut and assembled by hand for one person, which is why it takes 3 to 5 weeks. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before our artisans start cutting your leather. After that the piece exists only for you, so it cannot be cancelled and it cannot be returned once delivered — the exception is a manufacturing defect, which we repair or replace at no cost.
If you would rather be able to take the wallet off on some days, the Custom Buckler Grip plus the Custom Wallet Wrap gives you the same steel corners and a detachable wallet — heavier as a pair, and it has to come off to charge. Yes, and that is one of the main reasons to choose a built-in wallet. Integrated N52 rare-earth magnets are designed for reliable alignment and charging with Apple MagSafe chargers, with the case on and the wallet full. Nothing has to be removed to charge: not the case, not the cards. The steel corner shields sit away from the magnetic area and do not interfere.

Yes. The card section features RFID protection designed to help protect compatible contactless cards stored inside the wallet from unauthorized scanning, on both the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max versions.
Both give you a leather wallet with a screen cover on a steel-cornered case, so it comes down to three things. Weight: the built-in wallet is 107 grams on the stock version, against 149 for a Buckler Grip at 63 plus a Wallet Wrap at 86. Charging: the built-in wallet charges on MagSafe with the cards inside, while the Wallet Wrap has to be removed to charge. Flexibility: only the Wrap comes off, leaving you a slim case on the days you do not want a wallet. If you carry cards every day, choose built in.

Sterling silver accents and initials add slightly to that depending on what you choose.
