Processing time

We understand how important is for you to get your items on time. At Vaja Cases, we make every effort to process your order quickly. As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team (2-hours after the purchase), we are able to cancel your order.

Orders received any day will be processed two hours after the purchase.

Orders placed during weekends, and holidays will be processed the next available business day

Tracking info

  • Once your shipment has been completed, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information.

 

Delivery time and carriers

  • Stock orders are shipped from “New Lenox, Chicago”
  • We offer USPS First-Class Mail Parcel service which takes 2 to 5 business days to any continental US address.

 

Taxes

We are entitled to charge sales tax to orders placed from the following states: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, and Illinois.

 

Returns & Replacements

 

You can always return your in-stock products up to 30 days after the purchase date

You may request an RMA in our returns section on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

All returned items must have a corresponding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us to warrant a return.

The customer is responsible for return expenses and shipping fees are non-refundable

Products with confection flaws or product misfunctioning under normal use will apply for replacement or full refund.

Product damage as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs/maintenance, installation, or alteration/modification will be VOID of our return policy and warranty.

Processing time

Processing time

Custom products are processed after it completes a 24-hour stand by period, to allow last-minute customer changes.

Custom orders have a 30-day handcrafting process plus the delivery timeframe.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

 

Tracking info

  • Once your shipment has been completed, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information.

  • Custom orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx couriers.
  • The delivery timeframe to continental USA is between 2 & 3 business days.

 

 

Taxes and Customs

 

  • Custom orders are shipped from Argentina.
  • US Orders up to $800 are free of import duties.
  • The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes including any fees incurred.
  • Failure to pay customs/duties may result in your package being destroyed by customs, under this circumstances we will not be able to process a refund.
  • Please be ready to pay your import fees directly to the carrier (FedEx, DHL, or any other courier) at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

 

 

Returns, Replacements or Cancellations

Bespoke orders are handcrafted uniquely for you using specific leathers and colors. As such we can’t accept returns for a custom order unless there’s a design flaw. Bespoke orders are crafted uniquely for you, meaning they're tailored to your specific preferences and specifications. As such, we can't accept returns unless there's a manufacturing defect.

When it comes to color representation, our team strives to ensure that the images and information on our website accurately depict our products. However, it's important to recognize that the way color images are displayed can vary depending on the device and screen type you're using. While we make every effort to provide an accurate representation, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will perfectly match the true color of the products.

We want you to love your Bespoke case, and we're here to ensure that it meets your expectations every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at support@vajacases.com  We're always happy to assist you! Vaja customizes products within 24 hours of online order placement. Hence, cancellations for full refunds or modifications to customized online orders are only feasible within this initial 24-hour window. Once production begins after this period, the item is the sole property of the customer who placed the order, regardless of whether it has been shipped yet.


first 24hs: free of charge.
1 to 15 days after purchase: 10% of the product price.
15 days onwards after purchase: 20% of the product price.

Only extraordinary circumstances may contemplate a custom case return and card refund, such as material or confection flaws or product misfunctioning under normal use. In all situations customer may be required a picture to be analyzed by Vaja Product Department, who will be in charge of approving and processing the corresponding RMA.
