At 51 grams this one doesn’t: the Tri-Layer Core keeps a rigid Tritan Copolyester shell to disperse impact and a soft leather lining to guard against micro-scratches, with a high-defense anodized aluminum ring around the camera, and it still disappears in a pocket. Built-in N52 rare-earth magnets keep it ready for Apple MagSafe chargers.
The Grip is also your entry into V-Mag, Vaja’s magnetic attachment system. Snap on the Wallet Wrap to turn it into a full leather wallet — five cards, cash and a cover over the screen — or add a Mini Wallet, Card Wallet or Fold Stand when your day calls for it, and remove them when it doesn’t. With the detachable V-Mag Wallet Wrap, which adds five RFID-protected card slots, a bill pocket and a cover over the screen, or with a Mini Wallet or Card Wallet for a lighter setup. We don’t make a sewn-in wallet case for the iPhone 17 Air, so the wallet always comes off when you don’t want it. One thing worth knowing: the Wallet Wrap covers the magnetic area, so it has to come off to charge on MagSafe.
