The motorcycle leather face mask features 8 metal eyelets, elastic and adjustable headbands, plenty of vent holes so you can breathe normally, and an aluminum nose clip that can be easily adjusted for a snug fit. It is fully wrapped in Vaja leather and it comes with a washable and reusable inner liner.
Face masks are quickly becoming an everyday fashion accessory here to stay. The Pro-mask 1.2 features a smart attachment system with small magnets that fix the inner liner inside the leather face mask, keeping it far from your mouth and nose while speaking and breathing. The adjustable nose clip is also replaceable and it can be carefully flexed for a snug fit.
Please note that the aluminum nose clip is delicate and will crack if flexed more than necessary. It is meant to be placed in a comfortable position without bending it back and forward constantly. If for some reason your clip breaks, don't worry... it can easily be replaced and you can find a three units pack available in the following link.
The Vaja Pro Leather Mask 1.2 includes one detachable inner liner. Theinner liner is exchangeable and washable. It perfectly suits inside the Vaja Leather Mask 1.2 thanks to the magnetic holder system and two side elastic bands. The set of two magnets keeps the liner in optimal position avoiding the fabric to interfere with your mouth while talking. You can also buy extra liners here.
This is the most comfortable mask I have worn. As I had imagined when I ordered it, the leather softens and molds to your face along the edges for a good seal, while keeping the center part away from your mouth so you are able to talk and breathe easily! The silk liner is reported by others to be good science, but I cut additional NP-95 liners from regular masked and insert one between the leather and silk lined for added protection. The interior magnetic straps hold all in place with no problem. I like the around-the-head elastic strap instead of having them tugging at your ears all the time - much more comfortable. Admittedly, the leading-edge "bondage" style is not for everyone, or for wearing everywhere. I wear mine mostly in the city, (NYC) - on the streets and in the subways where it doesn't get a second look. But in the 'burbs where I live, it's a different story! Some do stare, but I don't care! It's the best and most comfortable mask I have found - lets me breathe and talk more easily than any others. We all dislike having to wear masks, but it's the smart thing to do, they give us more freedom. And I'm cool with the edgy Vaja styling!
Excellent product and purchase experience!
