1. The item you have selected is a custom product. Any cancellation or modification in quantity or design on your order should be requested no further than 24hs after the order is processed.
2. We charge your credit card before production is started since all customized products are handcrafted following each customerŽs request, making them impossible to be stocked.
3. Once your order is processed youŽll receive our confirmation email and an order number including full description of the product selected. If you donŽt receive this email, please contact us at custserv@vajacases.com.
4. Each custom product has a specific production time shown when the item is selected. This frame may vary according to actual demand, i.e. the product may be shipped a few days earlier or later than the stipulated time. As soon as your item is shipped youŽll receive our tracking information email.
